1. Ticket Purchase and Validity

All tickets must be purchased online in advance. No tickets will be sold at the door.

Tickets are valid only for the specific date and time slot selected at the time of purchase.

 2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

3. Arrival and Entry

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time slot to allow for check-in.

On arrival you will be given a specific time slot within the hour to begin your Santa experience journey

4. Children

Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Solas Eco Garden Centre cannot accept responsibility for unaccompanied minors.

5. Accessibility

Our Santa experience & Grotto is wheelchair Friendly & all areas are accessible

6. Liability

Solas Eco Garden Centre is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during your visit.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to participate in the event at your own risk.
